1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bet1x. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and bet1x ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the bet1x platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the bet1x platform. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and bonuses forfeited. During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate and up to date.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

General deposit terms:

• Original deposit funds are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC verification.

7 Game Rules & Wagering

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be contested unless there is strong evidence of a technical fault.

8 Prohibited User Conduct

• Damage caused by unauthorized access to your account that is not a direct result of bet1x's negligence.

12 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute relating to the use of the bet1x platform, we encourage users to first contact our customer support team for an amicable resolution. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly through this channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, bet1x provides an independent appeal mechanism through a neutral third party. This agreement is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates, and all unresolved disputes will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Bet1x reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where amendments are required immediately for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the bet1x platform after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the new terms come into effect.
